Our factory-trained technicians are NATE-certified Mechanical Contractors. This means they are experts in the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of furnaces, boilers, and most other indoor air quality and HVAC systems. We are proud to be a Rheem® Pro Partner and to install service, and repair Rheem Prestige Series, Classic Plus Series, and Classic Series furnaces.

Additionally, we install Lochinvar, Slant/Fin, and IBC hydronic heating solutions, and Rinnai and Intertherm direct vent heaters.

Wherever you live, whether in the High Country, or on the Front Range, the weather is getting hotter. And hotter. And your home cooling system – if you even have one – may not be up to the challenge.

If your system needs work, or if you need a new one, we can help!

All American Heating offers a variety of solutions for home cooling: central air conditioning, heat pumps (that also cool), mini-split ductless systems, or even swamp coolers. We’ll inspect your existing unit, or evaluate your home and your needs for a new one. We’ll recommend the right kind of system for your home and family. We’ll provide an estimate for installation at a fair price, and we’ll be ready when you are.

A home’s ductwork is rarely evaluated before replacing a heating and cooling system. And ignoring it can lead to big problems. Because all ducts are manually installed, they are prone to leaks – regardless of whether they are made from sheet metal, flex duct, or duct board.

In fact, the U.S. Department of Energy estimates up to 40% percent of the air moving through a home’s ductwork is lost due to leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts.

An Aeroseal Duct Seal by All American Heating can help eliminate leaks, leading to cleaner and healthier air, a greener and more efficient home, and energy cost savings.

Clean ductwork is often the missing link in making your home as safe and healthy as possible. The airborne contaminants, dust, and dirt you see in your used air filters live throughout your home’s ductwork. Cleaning your ducts and dryer vents regularly can help keep your indoor air cleaner and healthier. It’s also critical to clean or replace your dryer vent routinely to eliminate a common fire hazard.

During a Home Energy Check-Up by All American Heating, we thoroughly inspect your home’s exterior, windows, and doors, and analyze insulation levels throughout the structure. We’ll examine age, efficiency, and the general condition of your mechanical systems, perform a carbon monoxide test and determine how much air your home loses on an hourly basis.

Then, we’ll provide a Home Energy Care plan with suggested repairs, recommended updates, and other options for making your home completely energy-efficient, safe, and comfortable for you and your family.

The quality of the indoor air in your home may not be something you’ve considered before now. But with the changes brought by COVID-19 and climate change, making sure the air inside your home is clean and free of dust, allergens, and airborne contaminants plays an important role in keeping your family safe and healthy.

That’s where we come in. We’ll do an indoor air quality assessment of your home and provide a Complete Home Air Quality plan designed specifically for your house. Products and services we offer include:

  • Upgrading your air filters
  • Ultra Violet Germicidal Light Fixtures
  • Aeroseal Duct Seal
  • Whole-house humidifiers

We’ll suggest options to help ensure that your family is breathing the best air possible, making your home more comfortable, keeping your systems functioning at peak levels so your home is green and energy-efficient, and saving you money.

There are two times when you can’t control what’s happening in your home: when you’re not there, and when you’re asleep. There are serious risks associated with each.

Deep Freeze

In the high country during the winter, the temperature can change drastically, and quickly. If your home loses power and/or heat during one of these deep freezes, and you’re not there, the results can be catastrophic. Frozen pipes can burst, flooding your home and causing thousands of dollars in damages, and leaving an enormous mess to clean up.

The simple solution is a phone or freeze alarm from All American Heating. These alarms can notify you or a specified contact when indoor temperatures reach a set low – or high – temperature, and before damage happens.

Automatic Water Shutoff Systems

According to the EPA, plumbing leaks occur in one in every twelve homes and cause billions – with a “B – in property damage each year. In addition, 12% of the average home’s water is wasted due to leaks, causing inflated plumbing bills, and depleting the natural water supply.

We have the solution – automatic shutoff water systems. Not only do these devices help protect your home against burst pipes and indoor flooding; they also detect leaks of any size in your home’s plumbing system and alert you to where they are and how much water you’re losing. An automatic water shutoff system receives data from your primary water valve about your flow rates and uses that data to detect leaks. It will automatically turn off the main valve in case of a leak and notify you via text or email. You can control the valve via the Internet from your computer or smartphone, and adjust your notifications as needed – which means you can manage the entire system from anywhere, any time. All American Heating is proud to install Water Hero and FloLogic systems. We’re happy to help you determine what size and brand are right for your home.

The Silent Killer

Carbon monoxide is known as the Silent Killer because it is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, making it difficult for people to recognize when they are at risk. Individuals experiencing carbon monoxide poisoning may feel lightheaded, dizzy, and nauseated – all nondescript, vague symptoms that can be confused with other illnesses like colds or flu.

Additionally, it’s difficult to recognize and identify CO sickness when conscious, but when sleeping? It can be deadly, and its victims will never know what hit them.

All American Heating will work with you to prevent these tragedies by making sure your fossil-fuel-burning appliances are connected correctly and vented properly, with no leaks, and by installing carbon monoxide detectors in your home. These detectors work like smoke alarms and will alert you should the air in your home become contaminated or contain dangerous levels of CO, helping protect you and your family.
