Professional Duct Cleaning

A professional duct cleaning by All American Heating can help reduce the airborne contaminants and allergens that you and your family breathe in, leaving your home cleaner and healthier.

Good health is
a conscious choice.

Ductwork: The missing link in indoor air quality.

It’s a good idea to have your home’s air ducts and dryer vent cleaned regularly to reduce the dust, allergens, and airborne contaminants in your home, making your indoor air healthier and cleaner and reducing energy costs.

Most importantly, it also helps to guard against fire hazards caused by lint buildup in your dryer vent.

Our technicians use state-of-the-art, professional-level equipment to ensure thorough cleaning of your entire duct system. Duct cleaning is also a great starting point for Aeroseal duct sealing.

But did you know that you can offer your family extra protection through duct sanitizing?

What is Duct Sanitizing?

Air duct sanitizing is an additional service All American Heating can provide during your professional duct cleaning. Once your ducts are cleaned out, and while your system is still hooked up to the truck, the sanitizer is applied to the interior of the ductwork. Our techs apply this with a fogging system that uses negative air pressure to coat the entire interior of the duct system. There is no lingering scent, and the sanitizer is safe enough to use in hospitals.

What are the benefits?

A standard, professional air duct cleaning reduces the dust, dirt, and debris from your ductwork. Sanitizing your ducts disinfects and deodorizes them, killing mildew growing there. It also prevents bacterial, viral, and fungal growth for up to six months after being applied.

How often should your ducts be sanitized?

While there are no official guidelines as to how often your ducts should be sanitized, if you or someone in your household does suffer from asthma or allergies, we recommend sanitizing your ductwork every 2-3 years. Sanitizing is also a good idea when cleaning up from flood damage, or if you’ve moved into a new home.
