Cookie Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how All American Heating, Inc. (“All American Heating,” “AAH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies when you visit allamericanheating.com or use its pages, forms, and features (collectively, the “Site”).
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone, tablet, or other device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a website or third-party service to recognize a browser, remember preferences, measure activity, and provide or improve website features.
The Site may also use:
- Pixels and web beacons: Small pieces of code that record actions such as viewing a page or submitting a request.
- Tags: Code used to load analytics, advertising, call-tracking, or other services.
- Local and session storage: Browser-based storage that may retain preferences or information about a browsing session.
- Device and browser identifiers: Values used to distinguish browsers or devices for analytics, security, attribution, or advertising.
- Server-side tracking: Information transmitted from our systems to a service provider rather than stored entirely in your browser.
Some technologies are operated directly by AAH. Others are operated by third-party service providers.
Cookies may be:
- Session cookies, which expire when you close your browser; or
- Persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. How We Use These Technologies
AAH may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.
Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies support functions required for the Site to operate properly. They may be used to:
- Deliver pages and website features.
- Maintain website security.
- Manage network traffic and performance.
- Remember privacy and cookie choices.
- Prevent fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.
- Maintain forms or requested website functions.
- Determine whether a cached version of a page should be displayed.
Because these technologies are necessary for basic Site operation, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie-preference tool. You may still be able to block them through your browser, although portions of the Site may not work properly.
Functional Technologies
Functional technologies allow the Site to provide enhanced features or remember choices. They may be used to:
- Remember website or display preferences.
- Support appointment-request or contact features.
- Display maps, videos, reviews, or other embedded content.
- Provide call-routing or telephone-number functionality.
- Connect the Site with third-party service platforms.
If you disable these technologies, some features may be unavailable or may not work as intended.
Analytics and Performance Technologies
Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors find and use the Site. They may collect information about:
- Pages viewed.
- Time spent on a page or the Site.
- Links, buttons, or features used.
- Referring websites and search terms.
- Browser, device, and operating-system information.
- General or approximate location derived from an IP address.
- Website errors and performance.
- Whether an inquiry, call, or other action followed a website visit.
We use this information to evaluate Site performance, improve content and navigation, understand which services interest visitors, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
Advertising and Conversion Technologies
AAH may use advertising and conversion technologies to:
- Measure whether advertising leads to Site visits, telephone calls, or inquiries.
- Attribute activity to a particular advertisement or campaign.
- Limit or evaluate the frequency of advertisements.
- Create or use audiences for advertising.
- Display advertising that may be more relevant to a visitor’s interests.
- Measure advertising performance across websites, devices, or services.
These technologies may allow a provider to connect activity on the Site with information it has collected through other websites, applications, accounts, or devices.
3. Technologies and Providers Used on the Site
The Site currently contains or may use technologies supplied by the following providers:
- Google Tag Manager: Helps deploy and manage analytics and advertising tags. Google Tag Manager does not necessarily set cookies itself, but it can cause other services to load.
- Google Analytics: Measures Site traffic, visitor interactions, referral sources, and general Site performance.
- Google Ads: Measures advertising conversions and may support advertising, audience measurement, or remarketing.
- Meta Pixel and related Meta technologies: Measure Site visits and actions, evaluate advertising performance, and may support audience-based advertising on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services.
- The Trade Desk: Supports advertising measurement, campaign attribution, and potentially audience-based advertising.
- ServiceTitan: Supports call attribution, dynamic telephone-number functionality, and measurement of inquiries generated by the Site or marketing campaigns.
- NitroPack: Supports Site caching, delivery, and performance.
- WordPress and Site plugins: Support Site administration, security, forms, content, and other operational features.
- Cookie-preference or consent tools: Store and apply the privacy choices made through the Site’s cookie settings.
- Embedded third-party services: Certain pages may include maps, videos, reviews, social content, manufacturer resources, financing links, or other third-party features that use their own technologies.
The specific cookies, identifiers, providers, and retention periods may change when Site features, plugins, or service providers are added, removed, or updated.
Third-party technologies are also subject to the applicable provider’s privacy policies and controls. AAH does not control how a third party uses information after receiving it as an independent business.
4. Information Collected Through Cookies
Depending on the technology involved, cookies and similar tools may collect:
- IP address.
- Browser type and settings.
- Device type and operating system.
- Device or browser identifiers.
- Approximate geographic location.
- Date and time of access.
- Pages viewed and links selected.
- Referring and exit pages.
- Advertising and campaign identifiers.
- Interactions with forms, telephone links, or Site features.
- Information about whether a visit resulted in an inquiry or requested action.
- Cookie and privacy preferences.
AAH does not intend to collect sensitive personal information through advertising or analytics cookies. Please do not enter medical, financial, account-password, Social Security, or similarly sensitive information into a general Site contact field.
5. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are placed through the allamericanheating.com domain and are generally used for Site operation, preferences, performance, or measurement.
Third-party cookies and technologies are operated by outside providers. Those providers may recognize your browser across different websites or services, depending on their technologies, your settings, and applicable law.
AAH does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough that the use of certain third-party advertising technologies may fall within those definitions even when no money is paid to AAH for personal information.
Where applicable, visitors may opt out of the use of personal information for targeted advertising or activity legally defined as a sale or sharing.
6. Managing Your Cookie Choices
You can review or change available choices by selecting Privacy Settings in the Site footer.
Depending on the options presented, you may be able to accept or reject categories of nonessential technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may remain active because they support Site operation, security, or your privacy choices.
Your selection generally applies to the browser and device on which it is made. If you:
- Use another browser or device;
- Browse in private or incognito mode;
- Delete browser cookies or Site data; or
- Reset your browser,
you may need to make your selections again.
Rejecting nonessential technologies will not prevent you from reading general Site content. It may affect embedded content, call attribution, preference features, or other Site functions.
7. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser’s help or settings menu for instructions.
Blocking all cookies may interfere with Site operation. Deleting cookies may also remove saved privacy preferences.
Some third-party providers offer additional advertising controls through their own services, including:
These provider controls are separate from AAH’s Site settings.
8. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Certain browsers or extensions can transmit a universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, indicating that a visitor wishes to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.
Where required by applicable law, AAH will treat a recognized and legally valid universal opt-out signal as a request to opt out for the browser or device transmitting that signal. Universal signals may not apply to strictly necessary technologies or to information AAH cannot reasonably associate with the browser or device.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is not a single universally accepted standard governing every response to these signals.
AAH responds to legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where required. Other Do Not Track signals may not produce a separate response unless required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
Cookie lifetimes vary. Some technologies operate only during a browser session, while others may retain an identifier or preference for a longer period.
AAH and its service providers retain information collected through these technologies for no longer than reasonably necessary for Site operation, security, analytics, advertising measurement, legal compliance, or another disclosed business purpose. Third-party retention periods are governed by the applicable provider’s settings and policies.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults seeking information about home heating, cooling, plumbing, indoor air quality, and related services. It is not directed to children under 13.
AAH does not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly use the personal information of minors for targeted advertising.
12. Changes to This Cookie Policy
AAH may revise this Cookie Policy when its Site, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
Material changes will apply prospectively. We may provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
