What’s Included?
When your All American Heating technician arrives to perform your Fall Heating System Tune-Up, they will:
- Inspect your equipment for safety hazards
- Visually check wiring and wiring connections for wear and tear
- Evaluate the condition of electronic controls including contactors, relays, motor starters, phase monitors, and ensure proper operation
- Test and document system operating voltage and current strength
- Check burner operation and efficiency and adjust accordingly
- Make sure fan belts are in place and operating properly, and adjust tension as needed
- Verify safety controls are working properly
- Conduct overall safety and performance testing
