The health and safety of our customers and team members are our top priorities during the Coronavirus pandemic. Our COVID-19 response plan observes and complies with CDC guidelines. And, since we are an essential business, we are always ready to handle all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. As part of our daily routine, we take the following steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • We check every employee’s health daily with CertiClearTM automated health screenings to ensure everyone is well, ready, and able to work.
  • Face coverings are to be worn during all contact with customers, other team members, and the public
  • We wash our hands, use hand sanitizer frequently, and wipe all surfaces with antibacterial wipes. This helps prevent contamination of company equipment, offices, and customer homes or businesses
  • Our office staff and technicians maintain an appropriate social distance of six feet between teams and customers, wherever possible
